Jumeriah Hotels & Resorts Road Show took place Wednesday March 16, 2016 in Toronto, with the objective to build awareness and promote the high-end luxury properties.

The itinerary included meetings with tour operators, travel agent training, and a VIP event. Various Jumeirah hotel representatives as well as Tom Civitano (Vice-President Sales and Marketing, Americas, Jumeriah) and Seta Hana (Director of Global Sales, Americas, Jumeriah) travelled to Toronto for Sales Calls and a VIP Client Event.

The VIP Client Event took place at Toronto’s historic Casa Loma and included: networking, marketplace & cocktail reception with globally themed food, followed by an interactive one-of-a-kind experience with a Maestro and 15-member symphony orchestra which demonstrated communication, teamwork, and leadership. Evening co-sponsor was Emirates. The evening concluded with an impressive number of door prizes.

VoX was responsible for all aspects of this event including venue selection, budgeting, food and beverage planning, media coverage, photography and reporting.

Feedback from all offices visited was very positive and they were grateful these properties took the time and effort to visit them.

Positive feedback from the hoteliers, the agents they saw asked relevant, intelligent questions and had already had an understanding about the Jumeirah difference.
